Protocol
Baseline (existing spirometry) - issue and coach - reassess at 4-8 weeks; record spirometry, symptoms, absenteeism and fitness-for-work.
Populations
- Dust, silica and coal exposure.
- Post-TB workers.
- COPD and occupational asthma.
Governance
Consent and POPIA; employers see de-identified aggregates only.
