The Idea
Bolt the Measure-Support-Reassess protocol onto the annual and periodic spirometry you already perform - no new equipment, no new visit types.
Workflow
- Flag workers below threshold or with symptoms at routine spirometry.
- Issue an AirPhysio matched to lung strength; coach technique (2-3 minutes).
- Log daily use and symptoms; reassess spirometry at 4-8 weeks.
- Record outcomes for surveillance and reporting.
Data And Popia
Worker health data is Special Personal Information. Clinicians hold identified records; employers receive de-identified aggregates only (minimum cohort 10).
Digital Option
The LungSync platform can capture the full cycle and produce before-and-after reports.
