Objective
Test whether an OPEP airway-clearance programme improves outcomes and reduces utilisation in a defined member cohort.
Design
- Cohort: e.g. 100-300 chronic respiratory or post-TB members.
- Intervention: AirPhysio + LungSync monitoring + practitioner coaching.
- Duration: 3-6 months.
- Measures: exacerbations, admissions, adherence, spirometry trend, PROMs.
Governance
Consent-based, POPIA-compliant, de-identified aggregate reporting.
Deliverable
A cost-outcome report to inform a funding decision.
